A complimentary consultation is a chance to sit down with one of our dentists, talk about what you would like to change, and understand your options before you commit to anything. We listen first, assess your teeth and gums, and explain what may be suitable for you, including the risks, the costs and the alternatives. You leave with a written plan and quote, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Terms & Conditions: One complimentary consultation per person. Available until 31/12/2026. The complimentary implant consultation includes a dentist consultation, an OPG X-ray where clinically indicated, intraoral photographs, treatment planning and a discussion of your options. A CBCT scan is not included and, where clinically required, costs $400. Further consultations are charged at our standard fees. Consultations are available Monday to Friday. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.

Complimentary Implant Consultation
If you have one or more missing teeth, or teeth that may need replacing, this consultation is a chance to talk through whether dental implants may suit you, including full arch implant treatment (All on X). Every implant patient is supported by a treatment coordinator from the first visit. Complimentary Cosmetic Consultation

Clear Aligners

Check-up and Clean
With private health insurance that includes dental cover: Gap-free. We accept your fund’s benefit as full payment, so there is no out-of-pocket cost.
Without dental cover: $275 (usually $550).
What’s included: a dental examination, an oral screening, a professional scale and clean, and a treatment plan if anything needs attention. Bitewing X-rays, an OPG X-ray and intraoral photographs are included where your dentist finds them clinically necessary.
Terms: Available until 31/12/2026. Gap-free applies while you have benefits remaining for these items within your annual limits. If your fund pays no benefit, the $275 fee applies. Rebates vary by fund and policy, so check with your fund before your visit or call us to check. Any further treatment is quoted and charged separately.

Dr Bhanu Shamdasani is a registered general dentist with a focus on implant dentistry. He also provides general and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers and clear aligners, to patients of all ages at The Dental Studio at Molonglo in Wright, Canberra.
